Very good customer service 24/7.
SHODHAN my agent was beyond helpful. It took over 4 hours to finally get to a solution. He or she went through any and everything the issue could possibly be and found it and then resolved it. It was frustrating to me, after a couple hours I was worn out and agent, just kept on working. I cannot imagine how this agent felt, especially when I did not know what to do even when agent was telling me and the agent assisted and let me know exactly what was happening so I could understand. More than helpful, a Godsend, I had been dealing with this issue for a couple of weeks and thought I was doing something wrong, especially since I had been here about 2 1/2 weeks ago for assistance and informed it resolved. turns out maybe because the sites had similar names they were sharing the same database and redirecting and my c-panel structure and databases were all wacky. Great representative and earned every cent of salary and deserves more. Thank you!
As usual - an excellent service and customer support !
Bluehost customer support was extremely friendly and efficient in resolving my issue with accessing my domain due to a technical error. Two thumbs up!
Bluehost is the most amazing hosting service I've used. Their website is user friendly - and I'm not great with technology! And their customer service is outstanding. I'm learning how to build website and other advanced technological things for my business and when I get stuck or break things, they are quick to get on the phone and go above and beyond to help. Good customer service is hard to find, and with web hosting it's not something you think of needing often. But when you need it, it can either spoil your day or help it. Bluehost helps.
The person was super kind and patient with me.
I had an issue that the AI chatbot didn't understand and it was frustrating. The LIVE agent was extremely helpful and got me through my problem in minutes.
Sura was great help with log in issues. Sura was very helpful and patient with all my needs. Thank you very much.
Great service, very fast problem solution :)
Rahul was great, he was detailed and found some tiny mistakes that i made, but was a huge blocker in completing my integration. My Ai and I spend several days trying find out what was wrong and even my Ai didn't catch the mistake, but Rahul did, so I'm grateful! Bluehost Awesome always!
Great Customer Service
The AI help was poor, but the live support tech resolved the technical issue quickly.
I very much appreciate the extra time that Jay P. spent with me on the phone to troubleshoot the website's functions and provide a successful solution while we were on the phone. Jay's proactive approach really made a difference!
The support I was given was great and efficient. The live agent was able to solve the issue and was very friendly to me. I liked that the live agent was also giving me updates. That was very much needed.

The solution through a live agent was resolved within 1st attempt
The support agent was very helpful, patient, and thorough. They quickly identified that the issue was related to a server problem and took immediate action by rebooting the server, which resolved the website downtime. The response was fast and the explanation was clear. Overall, a great support experience!

An SSL certificate, also called a digital certificate, uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols to create an encrypted connection. It protects sensitive data, like passwords and credit card numbers, during online transactions.
You can easily activate your Free SSL in just a few steps:
When a browser connects, the server sends a digital certificate. During the SSL handshake, your browser and the website securely share keys. This process creates an encrypted connection that keeps sensitive information safe. This TLS connection ensures data like login credentials and credit card numbers stay secure and unreadable.
Certificate authorities issue Domain Validated (DV), Organization Validated (OV) and Extended Validation (EV) SSL certificates. In addition, Wildcard and multi-domain certificates secure multiple websites or subdomains. Extended Validation certificates display a padlock in the address bar, verifying digital identity and building customer trust.
Free SSL certificates use Let’s Encrypt for basic protection. Premium SSL, verified by a trusted third-party certificate authority, includes stronger encryption, extended validation options and warranty coverage. It also provides a visible site seal, helping establish trust and protect sensitive data for businesses.
SSL certificates encrypt information, authenticate your website domain and establish trust with internet users. They prevent data from being intercepted in plain text, boost SEO rankings, show the padlock icon in the address bar and protect online transactions and medical records.
Go to your Bluehost Marketplace or Security tab, select a premium TLS certificate plan and complete payment. The certificate authority then verifies your identity through a validation process. This validation process provides stronger encryption, extended validation and advanced protection for sensitive online transactions and businesses.
You can renew your SSL certificate quickly by following these steps:
Yes. On VPS or dedicated hosting, you can upload your certificate signing request in Web Host Manager (WHM). It installs the digital certificate and enables “Always Redirect to HTTPS.” This ensures all websites and clients have access to a secure connection using SSL and TLS.
Without SSL, your browser shows “Not Secure” in the address bar. Internet users risk data theft when credit card numbers or login credentials are transmitted in plain text. Lack of a digital certificate damages trust, SEO rankings and online transaction security.
Google rewards websites using SSL certificates and TLS certificates with better SEO rankings. Internet users trust websites showing https, a padlock icon. These signals establish digital identity, protect data and encourage customers to stay secure.
Common issues include expired certificates, untrusted certificate authorities or mismatched website domains. When the browser attempts to connect and the server sends an invalid digital certificate, users may see warnings. Regular renewal and proper setup help encrypt information and establish trust.
Bluehost includes free SSL certificates via Let’s Encrypt. Premium SSL Certificates are available at an additional cost, depending on the validation type. Extended validation certificates and wildcard certificates provide stronger encryption and warranty coverage. They also enhance digital identity protection, making them ideal for businesses handling sensitive data and online transactions.
Look in the browser address bar: a padlock icon and https indicate a secure connection. During the SSL handshake, the server sends a digital certificate verified by a trusted third party. This proves encryption, establishes trust and protects sensitive data.
